Automation in CRQ to trigger communication with impacted customer list

Automation to generate customer impacted list base on a few criteria; This information is for the comm team to consume while generating a email blast list. the criteria can be used either, or, both and are used to assist with selection.

  1. location, region, etc

  2. Product (service), version, etc

End goal, this should be integrated CRQ as part of change management process, these details will then trigger integration to generate the comm request automatically at the time of scheduled change, this would become a work assignment to the comm team as one of the tasks, with all the impacted details included.
