Productize Service Disruption Management (SDM)

Take the application in development in Innovation Suite for NOC, Service Disruption Management, productize into a product that can be packaged and resell to customers.

The SDM product today is build for NOC team exclusively with the goal to run the NOC process and avoid chair swivelling, providing a centralized data capture and action trigger functionality through multiple integrations mechanism. The request is to start developing deeper into the NOC process and lean into the Problem management process by injecting features such as ability to generate the 5 whys data and incorporate/store/present them at the end of the the bridge.

This request is specifically about getting the tool into product maturity as well as working with the product development team to package and productize it.
