Create a process / automation to update the exisiting ITSM systems and turn on Archival functionality for supporting tickets type.
Inital reports shows there are 141 instances across the top 100 customers to be handled. Curr process is extremly manual and error prone. Will require a process to be defined along with supporting runbook/automations.
This is part of the effort to reduce ITSM footprint.
