FTS Index migration to Aiven

As part of Helix GPT activations, we need to migrate the FTS indexes from ES hosts (ODE) to Aiven. this is also needed as part of the exercise to move to Aiven hosts. Hence we need to -

1. evaluate the scripts for FTS index migrations
2. Review scope for automation to perform this migrations.
3. Migrate the FTS indexes on request basis. Also, evaluate if the entires indexes can be moved as is with no/minimum impact.
4. Incorporate this in the Day2 Helix GPT activation process.
